(1) High temperature working test
Under the high temperature natural environment standard, the test product is in all normal operating conditions. During the high temperature test period, the test product must not be abnormal;
(2) Low temperature working test
Under the low temperature natural environment standard, the test product is in all normal operating conditions. During the low temperature test period, the test product must not be abnormal;
(3) High temperature storage test
Under the high temperature natural environment standard, the test product is in the power-off state. After the high temperature test, the various performance parameters of the test product are all normal;
(4) Low temperature storage test
Under the low temperature natural environment standard, the test product is in a power-off state. After the low temperature test, the various performance parameters of the test product are all normal.
(5) High and low temperature alternating cycle test
In the natural environment of high temperature and low temperature alternating cycle, the test product is in a power-off state. After the high and low temperature cycle, the various performance parameters of the test product are all normal.
In order to make the test more significant and the performance better, the high-tech humidity and heat test chamber produced now can realize the power-on test of the product in the chamber, which is what we call the on-load test. When producing the test chamber, our company will open a cable hole on the left side of the chamber for the convenience of customers.
The lead hole is used to test whether the electronic product can be used normally in high temperature, low temperature or humid heat environment when it is powered on. The high and low temperature test chamber is equipped with a lead hole with a diameter of 50mm as standard (customers can also open more or larger test holes according to their actual requirements). Some users and friends may worry about whether the temperature of the test hole will leak during the test and cause that the temperature in the test chamber is uneven.
