Mechanical shock tester is a device used to simulate the shock environments that products may encounter during transportation, use, or storage. It generates impact forces through mechanical means to evaluate the performance and reliability of products under shock conditions.
Electronics: Testing the reliability of devices like mobile phones and computers during drops or collisions.
Automotive Components: Evaluating the durability of parts under crash conditions.
Packaging Materials: Assessing the impact resistance of packaging during transportation.
Aerospace: Simulating shock environments during takeoff, landing, or flight.

The working table surface of the shock test bench is constructed from aluminum alloy material.
It features a built-in hydraulic braking system, which provides high braking force, fast response, and reliable operation.
A universal half-sine waveform generator is employed to produce half-sine shock pulses, ensuring smooth and symmetrical wave forms with minimal distortion. The pulse duration can be easily adjusted.
The table is lifted by dual hydraulic cylinders, ensuring smooth and stable elevation without jitter, minimal lateral movement, and strong resistance to off-center loads.
A combined damping system, consisting of four air springs in series and shock absorbers, delivers excellent vibration isolation performance.
