What are the requirements for the environment of a constant temperature and humidity test chamber? 

A constant temperature and humidity test chamber is recommended to be used in an environment with a temperature of about 5~30℃. If the device is used in an environment with a high temperature, such as in the summer when the room temperature is around 36℃ and other devices are dissipating heat, the temperature may even exceed 36℃, which can slow down the heat dissipation of the chamber. For such cases, air conditioning must be installed in the laboratory. For laboratories with limited conditions, exhaust fans can also be installed to dissipate heat and reduce the temperature.

A constant temperature and humidity test chamber should be maintained every quarter. If the equipment is not properly maintained for a long time, the condenser can accumulate a lot of dust, which can affect the cooling effect. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly clean the condenser of the device.

A constant temperature and humidity test chamber has a large load when testing samples. Before the client orders the equipment, they will confirm whether the testing product has a heating load. Generally speaking, as long as the heating load of the test product is under 500W, it will not affect the constant temperature and humidity test chamber significantly. However, if the heating load is too large, the temperature inside the chamber will drop slowly, making it difficult to reach the set temperature in a short period of time.
